Thank you for your proposal for the 25th anniversary event. Your idea to include eastern and western cultural contents was unique and interesting.
We have checked your draft plan of the anniversary event. In my opinion, your proposed venue will not be large enough for the event. Since we expect more guests this year, we will need a bigger venue than last year’s.
What about reserving a larger conference hall instead? If the proposed venue was chosen due to budget constraints, we may be able to adjust our budget accordingly in consultation with the accounting department.
Could you please send me the revised plan by the end of this month?
